OPA's First Parent' Pep Rally is Coming July 8, 2010!

Oxford Prep is excited to announce our
FIRST PARENT PEP RALLY THURSDAY JULY 8!

The Oxford Team has so many exciting things to share with you including:

• Introduction of our Outstanding Oxford Staff
• A Media Presentation of our Facility
• Volunteer and Committee Sign Ups
• Uniform Fashion Show, Sizing & Pre-Orders
• Custom OPA Vans Shoes Sneak Peek & Pre-Orders
• ...and much, much more!

Doors open at 4:00 PM for Uniform and Vans Shoe Sizing and Pre-Orders. The Pep Rally/Information Presentation portion of the meeting begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

You won't want to miss this informative, high energy, time with YOUR new school community! We will see YOU there!

We'll have the pom poms, you bring the spirit! Bring on the Parent Pep Rally!

This exciting, informative, meeting will be held at CrossPoint Church, located at 6950 Edison Avenue (at Fern).

While our future Champions are welcome to attend, the Parent Pep Rally is informational and Parent-focused. We look forward to seeing you there!

Oxford Preparatory Academy has requested the cumulative files for our Champions who will be attending our school this fall. If your child is on our Placement List, you should have received an official confirmation letter of acceptance by U.S. Mail. If, for any reason, your circumstances have changed, and your child will remain at your home school, please notify Oxford in writing immediately. Home schools cannot release your files through the District without parental consent. Please notify your home school that your child will not return in the fall. This will allow the drop protocol to proceed and the cumulative files to be released to Oxford Prep so that we are prepared with your child's information and ready for the academic year. The approved Meeting Minutes from the May 20, 2010 Meeting of the Corporate Board of Directors is also posted.
