Oxford Preparatory Academy Charter Petition submitted to the Chino Valley Unified School District

A Petition to open the first Charter school in the Chino Valley has been submitted to the Chino Valley Unified School District board. Upon approval, Oxford Preparatory Academy's vision is to create a center for higher learning in the Chino Valley where students from kindergarten to eighth grade are prepared to pursue university level academic studies, as well as to gain skills to be successful in the global community of the 21st century.

  2. I am interested in learning more about this school. I have heard quite a bit about OPA from friends, and heard that OPA will have a language arts program. I also heard that the 2nd language is going to be Mandarin. I was wondering if you could tell me why Mandarin. What is the reason for choosing Mandarin as the school's foreign language?
