Thank you for all of your hard work and patience in making our first ever Pep Rally a HUGE success!

We apologize for any inconveniences that occurred regarding the uniform fitting event prior to the Pep Rally. Many volunteers, along with employees from Vicki Marsha Uniforms, did their absolute best to make the event as smooth as possible. With that said, the large volume of students being fitted obviously made expediency a challenge. Many parents waited a significant amount of time to have their children fitted and/or make a purchase. Therefore, we have scheduled additional fitting dates and locations:

The next fitting date will take place at located at 6950 Edison Avenue on Thursday July 22- 2:00 PM from to 7:00 PM

After August 1, all Uniform Fitting and Order Dates will be held on the Oxford Preparatory Academy Charter School Campus, located at 5862 C Street in Chino

• Thursday August 5- 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Friday August 13 - 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday August 14 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Sunday August 29 - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
• Friday September 10 - 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Making Uniforms Simple and Stress-Free

To make ordering even easier for families, a new uniform purchase sheet will be created and made available. The sheet will alleviate any confusion that may have been caused during the fitting event. The sheet will clearly delineate the mandatory uniform components from those that are optional, including those components that are not mandatory until November 1 (such as the letterman sweater).

For families who may be dealing with a financial hardship and are finding it difficult to pay for uniforms in full at this time, please contact Diane at Vicki Marsha Uniforms (714-895-6371) for assistance, including payment plans.

We want to thank Vicki Marsha Uniforms for their amazing flexibility and willingness to work with our families as well as our staff of volunteers. This is a new adventure for all of us, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Custom OPA Vans shoes are NOT a mandatory uniform component. However, Vans has graciously worked with us to contribute a significant portion of each purchase back to OPA. To ensure that your child's custom Vans shoes will arrive prior to the start of the school year, shoes must be ordered no later than Monday, July 12. We will have two more Vans fitting events before the deadline:

• Saturday July 10 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at SCATS Diamond Elite Gymnastics, 14040 Central Avenue, Chino
• Monday July 12 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Royalty Cakes 5236 D Street, Chino
